  Just like to say the Sudbury (Suffolk) store is undoubtedly the best pet store around the area. Always spotlessly clean. No goods left in the aisles in the way of customers. Good easy to find layout. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendlly. One particular staff member, Bianca, always more than happy to help and appears to have considerable knowledge overall, very personable lady, an asset to the company and the store .

  Visited this store at around 12.30 today, had approximately £100 of goods in my basket. One person at the till who had paid for his purchase. The sales assistant was telling him about her son losing his wallet after using it on the bus and the subsequent conversation she had with him regarding the loss and how she would replace it etc. Then she said she had to take home to get his hair cut, the customer asked her where she took him for hair cut. At this point I was losing the will to live, said "oh for God's sake" and put down my basket of goods and left the store. I was waiting for around 5/6 minutes whilst all this was going on. Needless to say I will not be using that store again.
